PM Defence and DASAL Take Another Major Step Towards Strategic Partnership with Technology Transfer Agreement
Kuala Lumpur, 14 August 2025 – PM Defence Sdn Bhd (PMD) today marked another significant milestone in its partnership with DASAL, following the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at LIMA Langkawi in May this year.
In a ceremony held at PM Defence’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, both companies formalised a Technology Transfer Agreement, underscoring their shared commitment to advancing defence capabilities and fostering innovation in the industry.
The signing was attended by DASAL’s top director and PMD Chairman, symbolising the strengthening of ties and the continued progress towards the shared goals outlined in the MoU. This agreement represents a pivotal step in enabling local expertise, enhancing technological know-how, and ensuring long-term collaboration between the two companies.
